Dan has been interested in the world of finance since he was a child. At 10, he created an ‘inflation tracking book’ and from that point on, he was hooked. He now specializes in retirement planning and making the complex simple. His focus is on creating a solid plan around investments that will create income for his client’s retirement. Dan is proud to have been featured in many media outlets for his expertise, including Wall Street Journal, Free Press, Macomb Daily, Oakland Press, and many local TV news channels.
Dan is married to his wife Nina, and they have three children together. He loves spending time with his family and is passionate about raising his children. Dan and his family go on mission trips and they helped build a bird sanctuary for a local park. Whenever he can escape the Michigan cold, he loves to travel to warmer locations.
Krisstin found success as Operations Director for a global vitamin manufacturing company, just as a bombshell hit about her own father’s Retirement Planning failure. Her father had been misdirected for many years by his “Financial guy”, his Broker, someone he trusted to prepare him financially for his Retirement. Krisstin decided to shift gears in her career to learn true and Fiduciary Financial Advising. She spent 10 years educating herself to stand out from the saturated world of Financial Brokerage and Big Bank Financial Advising that got her father into financial turmoil. As a Retirement Income Certified Professional from the American College of Finance, a SEC Registered Fiduciary Investment Advisor Representative, and a Certified National Social Security Advisor, Krisstin keeps her clients from experiencing the same misfortune her father found in bad advice.
When Krisstin is not serving the financial needs of her clients you will find her spending time at home (or at the lake) with her husband, Edward and their three children, Edward III, Elizabeth and Edison Scarlett along with their dog Biggie-Boo.
